Friends of First Landing State Park is a nonprofit 501c (3) organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing First Landing State Park. The Friends do this by advocating for the park and enabling special projects to enhance FLSP. All are welcome, and membership is encouraged. As a member, you become a champion for one of Virginia's natural treasures through your support and advocacy. Volunteering is always welcome but never required. Join today and help protect the Park's beauty, history, and recreational opportunities for future generations.

Annual membership is only $20/per person, $25/family, $15/seniors & students.
We are looking for new members who love the park and
want to make a difference outdoors.
(Out-of-state and international memberships are welcome!)
We especially need people to help with fundraising, assisting with clerical work, volunteering in the park, taking photos, and all the other work that comes with running an organization worthy of Virginia's most-visited state park.

We are excited to share information about our latest project - The Seashore Terrace - which will replace and expand the brick area by the entrance of the main beach boardwalk, transforming it into an educational area for interpretive programs and group gatherings.
